Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Discover new business opportunities by tracking leads and researching target clients
• Create new business opportunities by connecting with potential clients and understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Manage the sales process to generate new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with your current portfolio of clients
• Reach and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual activity and revenue targets
• Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
• Prepare pitches and presentations to potential new clients
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
• Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
• Maintain client activities in CRM
• Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow up
• Manage the lifecycle from prospecting to implementation

Requirements

• Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• A strong track record of success within sales.
• A strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) would be a plus.
