Employment: Full Time

We are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Executive to join the Bodyshop team of Al Futtaim Honda, based in Dubai.

The primary purpose of the role is to be responsible for generating leads and supporting new business revenue to all Bodyshop centres in the UAE. Working as part of a dedicated Aftersales team, the Business Development Executive will have their own prospect portfolio focused specifically on the Bodyshop business.

The main responsibilities of the role are to acquire body repair vehicles from insurance companies and fleets, showcasing our expertise and most modern repair facilities available; work with and expand the current insurance and fleet database within the Bodyshop business to generate effective leads and exceed Aftersales targets; understand business needs and work with management to develop a tailored made proposal to insurance companies and fleets to improve the Bodyshop business; work closely with the Marketing team to identify appropriate go to market messaging for improving the Bodyshop business; provide regular feedback to senior management about the marketplace and competitor activity; acquire non franchise and non-agency business from insurance companies and fleets; develop effective working relationships with customers, insurance comapnies and fleets through regular meetings to identify and obtain further Business Development opportunities.

Requirements

- Educated to degree or equivalent level with minimum 10-12 years’ experience, preferably in After Sales division of Automobile industry.
- Strong English communication skills; reading, writing and speaking
- Strong Sales and Business Development background, preferably in an After Sales division.
- Understanding of Automobile After-Sales operations, Dealer Management system usage and MS office.
- Excellent communication & task-execution skills, Integrity, Analytical, Task Oriented Team player.
- Arabic speaking will be an added advantage.
