Job description / Role
We have enjoyed huge success since we launched Irwin & Dow seven years ago and as such, we are now looking for a Business Development Executive to join our stable and mature team. We are immensely proud of our reputation, our company ethos and our presence in the market and we are looking for a passionate individual who will embrace our business and have the same respect for our values as we do.
This role will suit an experienced, mature individual with a background in business development, sales and / or recruitment. Someone who is seeking to move into a more boutique and bespoke working environment; in a business that operates a low-key management culture, allowing you to work autonomously and in a role that is delivery led.
You will be working in a positive, supportive and successful environment which will help you to create opportunities for yourself, empowering you to realise your potential. A very corporate and professional approach is required and you will be able to self-govern yourself and maximise the opportunities presented to take your career and earnings to the highest level.
Requirements
You will be responsible for promoting the Irwin & Dow brand, increasing our client base, focusing on business development through networking, cold calling and face to face meetings and building long lasting, strategic relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues.
We are looking for an individual with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, who possesses previous working experience in the UAE, in the areas outlined above. Additionally, high personal standards and expectations, professional appearance and conduct and self-motivation, energy and enthusiasm are all important factors.
Applicants must have a car and driving license and exemplary written and spoken English is a must.
Candidates must be on family / spouse visa and we are very keen to meet those specifically seeking part time or flexible working hours.
