Employment: Full Time

Aspirants Gulf Executive Search is looking for a Business Development Executive for a renowned Destination Management company in Dubai.

A Business Development Executive has three primary responsibilities:
- Identifying new sales leads.
- Pitching products and / or services.
- Maintaining fruitful relationship with existing customers.

Generating Leads:
- Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.

Selling:
- Preparation of presentations and sales displays.
- Developing quotes and proposals.
- Contract negotiations
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree holder.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Business Development with proven track record in meeting the targets.
- Experience in dealing with Travel Trade and Corporate MNC’s in the local market is a must.
- Excellent oral and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and it’s current events.
- Must posses a drivers license.
