Employment: Full Time

Our client is a growing brand for casual, outdoor leather footwear and apparels. Launched in 1992, it has around 540 exclusive brand stores and more then 4000 MBS selling its products worldwide. To cope with our growing business in GCC countries, we are looking for a high caliber candidate to fill the following position:

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to VP - Sales & Marketing.
- Responsible for expanding a strong existing wholesale business along with developing and expanding Retail network to ensure continuous growth.
- Forecast and achieve wholesale and Retail turnover & margin.
- Workings closely with the retailors/distributors to monitor hence ensure optimal stock rotation at each POS and company warehouse.
- Responsible for following the guidelines given by the company for collecting reports and data from retailors/distributors in accordance to the guidelines given.
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

- College degree/University or equivalent.
- A good command of English language is a must.
- 7-10 years of working experience in sales of which minimum 5 years in Business Development role of footwear & apparel preferably for outdoor leather footwear and apparel in GCC market.
- Solid understanding of the footwear and apparel market in GCC.
- Strong existing wholesale & retail chain customer relationships.
