Looking for an accomplished New Business Manager to support growth in our client's brand growth.

This New Business Manager will be involved in the full new business cycle, from networking, sourcing leads, to pitching and closing profitable accounts.

A new senior management role, due to the growth of the business. This is a stand-alone role, reporting into the Managing Director of the consultancy and will be given the tools and autonomy to explore and win new and exciting accounts.

As the New Business Manager, they will be an accomplished networker and have the gravitas to liaise from CEO to Senior Brand Managers level.

- Client solving and Business Development on a day-to-day basis, feeding into account plans and commercial development of existing client business.
- Attending client meetings, seeking new opportunities and ideas for clients across the GCC, advising them accordingly.
- Building and maintaining excellent client relationships through regular consultancy and quality of service.
- Planning and delivering complex projects with robust scopes, requirements and cost proposals.
- Writing detailed work specs for print and digital.
- Briefing and managing creative departments and business development teams.
- Accurate and timely financial management, monitoring financial performances.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a New Business Manager, with growing clients as the bulk of their work experience.

- Excellent client servicing skills with GCC experience.
- A natural leader with the ability to positively influence and manage complex situations.
- An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Commercially astute and tuned into opportunities and threats to our client accounts.
- Highly organized with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible, proactive, confident and self-motivated.

As well as proof of working across branding and digital projects and an understanding of commercial values within b2b b2c. You will be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, being positive, pro-active and flexible.
