Business Development Manager

Job description / Role

Objectives: Business Development Manager will be responsible for building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.He will bring, manage and implement the innovative plans for development and increases of business.

Main responsibilities: - New Business Ideas Development & Implementation - Managing & Developing Relationships with Customers
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Coordination with Marketing & Sales Teams
- New Business Plan Feasibility Reports
- Supervision of all Sales & Marketing Activities
- Screening of potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials;
evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments

Reporting to: General Manager
Subordinates: Marketing, Sales & Operations Executives
Other interactions: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Accounts
Duration: Permanent (Contract as per UAE Labour Law)
Probation: 6 months
Working Hours: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Travel requirements: Frequently
Gross monthly base salary: 12,000 AED

Requirements

- UAE D/L: Yes (Valid License)
- Qualification: Bachelor
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in UAE (Rent A Car)
