Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing Manager / Lead Generation
Reports to: Managing Director

Our client is a well-established professional services company specialized in the fastest forms of obtaining a second citizenship by investment. It is one of the leading firms within the industry and one of the very few in the world granted Government Licenses in several countries to promote their programs.

The company's role is to support their clients and families, obtaining a solution citizenship as a path to wealth preservation and free travel. Their team has the knowledge, experience and related governmental agreements to be able to support, arrange and expedite citizenship applications. They assist their clients in all aspects of the process - from understanding the client particular situation, proposing suitable solutions and completing the necessary documentation to obtain the second citizenship.

The main responsibility is to manage the lead generation effort for the company, both from digital and non-digital sources.

This involves:
- Responsible for customer analytics i.e. understanding customer segments, customer patterns and behavior that allow for a relevant and appropriate preliminary lead qualification
- Works in close collaboration with the Sales Director and management to design the lead generation strategy and process for the company
- Manages the relations with the digital and non-digital providers e.g. internet search engines and other third-party providers
- Monitors and optimizes company's lead generation approach for each source
- Identifies new sources of leads, both digital and non-digital for the current target markets and segments
- Responsible for the preliminary customer assessment ensuring that the leads that enter the sales team are appropriate in terms of number and most importantly quality, measured by the conversion rate
- For new target markets and segments define the lead generation approach and implement it.
- Ability and willingness to understand in detail the different Citizenship programs being offered by the company to target the lead generation effort
- Contribute in the communication flow by providing relevant information to the Management and the Sales Manager to enhance the lead generation effort.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing with an emphasis on lead generation and digital marketing
- Relevant experience in the area of marketing and sales in a professional services environment, ideally in Citizenship programs. Otherwise in financial/investment Services i.e. complex insurance, loans, mutual funds and stocks
- Deep knowledge of digital platforms and management of providers
- Experience in /willingness to work in teams, by objectives with autonomy
- Understands the importance of meeting the lead generation objectives
- Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic

Key performance indicators (illustrative)
- Number of leads generated by month, quarter and year
- Leads conversion rate
- Diversity of lead sources


Compensation Package
- Expected annual total compensation achieving targets is of AED 380,000.
- Annual basic salary range AED 180,000 - 360,000. Variable compensation AED 200,000 (commissions and performance bonus).
- Health insurance and annual flight home is payable by the company
