Out client a Multinational IT company is looking for a “Business Development Manager”.

Position is based in Dubai.

The Business Development Manager reports to SVP Sales and Support. The primary responsibility of the position is to ensure the growth of the Fujitsu product range to Fujitsu expectation. It is very important for the position holder to possess strong Technical\Business Channel background and influential qualities to motivate the Organization as well as facilitate their work. Vendor/Partner relationship is a key factor to this position.
- Responsible for managing Fujitsu products that target the MENA market from a Sales, Partner development, Marketing & Technical perspective across the MENA region.
- Responsible for the Vendor’s technology and its application towards solving market problems, as well as for managing change and updates to the base products.
- Closely interacting with Partner Sales Managers, Presales Engineers, Marketing, and key Customers/Partners to ensure the value propositions for this technology.
- Developing a business plan and driving marketing campaigns and lead generations through excellent understanding of the market.
- Creating and maintaining product awareness in the company Fujitsu community through excellent understanding of Fujitsu product range.
- Supporting Business Development and Relationship Management activities with the Vendor, and presenting product offerings to Prospects and Clients
- Driving enablement of Partners to market and sell Fujitsu products by creating and executing training and enablement plans.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the business development, distribution and marketing of IT product and solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership skills
- Negotiating skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Team player.
