Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a talented BD Manager to help us build our operations in the Middle East. We opened our Abu Dhabi office in Summer 2015 and are focusing on building our client and candidate bases in the region. As a Business Development Manager, you will have sole responsibility for the business development and will report directly to the Regional Manager.

WRS is an award-winning global recruitment business operating across the Oil & Gas, Mining, Marine, Construction and Power industries around the world. This is an exciting time to join the company as we grow our presence in a number of regions - having recently opened offices in Abu Dhabi and Singapore and with an existing presence in Europe (UK), the Americas (Houston), Africa (South Africa) and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

Working in line with company and regional strategies, you will work with your regional/global counterparts, functional leads and sales teams to share knowledge and best practice. You will assess the capabilities of your Region.

You will be expected to generate your own business leads alongside overseeing the efficient account development of our existing client portfolio within the Middle East, you will work alongside your Regional Director to increase WRS’s presence within the local market place, you will offer direction and support whilst taking a proactive approach to enhancing our presence in the Region though networking and actively promoting the WRS brand.

Working alongside your Regional Director and other functional experts in WRS, you will create targeting strategies and delivery models, assess market trends and manpower plan with your clients to ensure forecasts are maintained to efficiently predict business performance.

Requirements

You will be seen as a role model / expert within the business. You will be skilled in understanding regional/functional priorities and oversee all activities and key deliverables within your area of responsibility. You will mentor, coach and train team members to increase performance by adding value to clients, candidates and team members alike.

You will lead by example, having a passionate and dedicated approach to the industry you will constantly further your knowledge by attending functions and seminars, actively network within your Region and share your knowledge with the regional and global team to better strengthen our capabilities. You will oversee the delivery teams ensuring success is achieved.
