Employment: Full Time

In summary, the role requires one to find potential new customers (i.e. prospects), prepare presentations, execute presentations and guide them through the customer acquisition process, ultimately converting them into clients.

As a member of the brand's Commercial Sales Team, the job targets are to grow the brand's customer base and income levels through personal sales activities and customer service excellence. In addition, the optimization of customer satisfaction, customer retention and the cross-selling of multiple solutions are also of key importance.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed understanding of all the brand's products
- To professionally promote the brand and its products in the United Arab Emirates
- To prospect potential customers with the intention of establishing a corporate relationship for the supply of vehicle leases and fleet management services. Prospecting will require the employee to set and meet targets for cold calling, booking sales calls and delivering proposals or presentations
- To maintain the prospecting and customer databases to the levels required by the company, ensuring that all communication, activities and subsequent planned events are recorded in line with company policy
- To develop strategic prospecting plans for the customers with the most potential for growth and mutual profitability
- To successfully sell leasing products and fleet management services in line with annual plan targets and in line with individual sales targets
- Network effectively to support plans for increasing brand recognition
- To produce and deliver professional proposals and presentations in a timely fashion to all enquiries from prospects or customers
- To reply in a timely fashion to all enquiries from prospective clients with regard to products and services, as well as pro-actively follow up until any requests/ inquiries/ issues are satisfactorily resolved
- Achieving a minimum number of sales meetings, sales calls, and prospect to client conversions
- To develop and assist with the transfer of client accounts from the Business Development Manager to the Account Manager

Requirements

- Maintain the Midas database (or any replacement) as the primary repository for all prospecting communication
- To follow all reasonable instructions from the Head of Sales as well as the Commercial Director
- To act in a professional manner and maintain professional attire and appearance during meetings with prospects or clients
- To understand and comply with all policies and procedures
- To undertake a minimum level of Account Receivable (AR) responsibilities and pro-actively encourage clients to pay their invoices on time, honour pass-on invoice obligations and assist in offering clients any support documentation they may require for on-time payments. This also requires co-operation and collaboration with the Team
- To ensure all complaints that originate with the Client are logged in MIDAS or logged through the website and assist, to the best of their ability, in the resolution of complaints/ service recovery procedures
