This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales driven individual to take the next step in their career in moving towards a sales consultancy role. Our client is the leading experiential learning company in the Middle East, using a management consultancy approach to help their clients build high performance teams.

Their target client market is typically top multi nationals and high performing organisations. This is a truly unique position offering a development plan including shadowing the Directors on business development meetings. Ultimately, the Business Development Coordinator will move into a consultancy role where they will head these meetings themselves.

Primary responsibilities include supporting the Sales team by identifying and contacting potential new clients to generate leads and meetings for the Directors of the business, attending client meetings, creating sales documents and proposals, as well as supporting the customer relationship and marketing functions.

Requirements

With a possibility of flexible/part-time working within a close knit and fast moving team, the successful candidate will be a high energy, dynamic individual with a proven background in business development/sales. Ideally with English as the mother tongue, this role would also suit someone with a recruitment or real estate background or someone looking to return to the workplace in an exciting fast moving role.
