Employment: Full Time

Our client one of the world's largest oil & gas producer and distributor is currently expanding their presence in the Middle East region.

The company's operations include trading of physical crude oil, refined oil products and petrochemicals, also with the functions of investing in oil refineries, oil storage facilities as well as petrol service stations.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the below:
- Expand business opportunities with oil & gas operators in Middle East, India, Pakistan and East Africa markets.
- Build client base with oil majors in distribution systems and storage tank projects.
- Source and evaluate opportunities for divestment and spin-off projects.
- Identify, assess and execute potential mergers, acquisitions and investments, build detailed financial models, provide financial analysis for management's decision.
- Drive the due diligence and execution of transactions, conduct in-house research, manage and maintain contact with a network of external consultants and industry experts.
- Monitor and review the operational performance of projects invested, produce quarterly analysis report and ad-hoc report, implementation of HQ's policies in assets management.

Requirements

- Degree in Engineering or Refining Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of in-depth experience in business development, investment, M&A or business modeling with proven track record.
- Experience in trading or sales & marketing of refined products, oil storage tanks, distribution projects required.
- Knowledge and Experience in Middle East and/or Africa markets.
- Strong in financial modeling and report writing.
