Business Development Manager - Abu Dhabi

An established consultancy firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to join the team in Abu Dhabi. This role is focused on building and managing client relationships and consultative selling within one of the organisations key industry groups.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Responsible for the management of around the firms leading Corporate clients
* Responsible for ensuring the compilation, implementation and delivery of client account plans, in-line with the firm standard.
* Proactively track client and industry news and trends, spotting revenue generation opportunities and driving the opportunity to its ultimate conclusion
* Analysing existing client relationships and using gap analysis to identify and drive cross selling opportunities
* Each client will be allocated a dedicated budget based on the goals and objectives they set out in the client account plan.

The individual will manage the budgets for all clients within the key industry group to ensure that the firm are maximising its use and using the expenditure to develop the client relationship in-line with the plan

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years' experience in a Business Development role managing corporate client relationships, preferably in a law firm, professional services or oil and gas environment
* Strong influencing and communication skills
* This individual must have experience of managing large panel pitches and significant tenders
