Business Development Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth in the UAE-Dubai region.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment industry within the UAE-Dubai region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential new markets.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized solutions for clients and address their staffing and recruitment needs.
- Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and sales contracts to potential clients.

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or relevant role in the staffing and recruitment industry.
- In-depth understanding of the UAE-Dubai market with a strong network of potential clients and industry contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, meet targets, and achieve business growth in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certification will be a plus.
