Employment: Full Time

Tonnit Design clientele include various Government & Semi government entities, Luxury , Retail, FMCG & Health Care business

- Integrated Branding Design
- Advertising &Communication Design
- Retail & Environmental Design
- Packaging & Graphic Design
- Visual Image Creation
- Personal Identity Design
- Energy wall Design
- Production services

Roles and Responsibilities

Business development:
- Top line revenue has to be increased as per the budgeted revenues and target profitability to be achieved within one year of joining.
- Constant and aggressive lookout for new business
- New business lead list with validation
- Agency PR to generate new leads.

Client custodianship:
- Agency Annual business plan & budgeting
- Managing and taking ownership of existing and future clients
- Ideas and proactive initiatives to meet the quarterly and annual targets on clients.
- Keeping track of agency’s overall billing and revenue targets
- Maintaining healthy cash flow by monitoring collections within 45 days
- Leading and guiding the team of Account Managers
- Top class presentations.

Requirements

Agency Operations:
- Internal briefing process to creative team
- Making sure we get work from creative ‘first time right’
- Maintaining proper calendar of weekly creative flow and deadlines
- Maintaining up to date Agency Credentials, pitch presentations and RFP docs
- Team player and team leader.
- Agency PR on web and press has to be improved substantially.

Processes, systems, etc:
- Timelines system to be implemented for selected clients
- Agency process, methodology to be fine-tuned
- Streamlining suppliers/vendors and maintaining a positive strategic relationship
- Business Hygiene to be maintained (office timing/staff management etc)
