Business Development Manager - AF Travel - Al Futtaim Group - Dubai, UAE

Responsible for Business development, prospecting new corporate clients developing a business plan covering sales and retentions, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence, in line with Al Futtaim group policies and procedures. Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Ensure that the corporate business development targets assigned for the Jebel Ali/External corporate division is achieved by prospecting potential corporate business, managing the relationship with the acquired customers, customer review and enhancement in agreement with the Al Futtaim group standard policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Educated to a degree level or equivalent & Fluency in verbal/written English & Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 5 Years field sales experience in the Travel industry, preference to experience in the U.A.E

Job Specific skills:
- Experience in Travel industry services requirements, IATA certification/Knowledge of World Geography/Global Distribution systems experience/PC skills, Business & financial awareness

Behavioral Competencies:
- Strategic thinking, Team Work, Adaptability, Problem solving, Sales & negotiation skills
