Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Establish, maintain and expand the customer base, by prospecting and carrying out research and establishing contacts to identify sales opportunities in order to achieve business growth by increasing business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a strong relationship and the right contacts network with key players in target clients, namely by doing a permanent and accurate account communication among all departments involved in daily operations and by making sure the customer is well informed and remains satisfied in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prospect, identify and explore sales opportunities, namely by exploring market, planning visits to existing and potential customers, presenting company, strategy, businesses and offer to improve business growth by increasing the customer portfolio and also anticipate our customers needs.
- Create and prepare Inquiries namely by getting the best view of the offer request of the customer, getting accurate information concerning demand, backgrounds, reasons for outsourcing and technical details, among the project managers and plant to determine sales price and other commercial conditions according to pricing policy, in order to strategically achieve volume / margin objectives.
- Write and negotiate offer and contract conditions and terms, with the new or existing client, in collaboration with project manager an other specialists, if needed, and establish an agreement to improve sales (working capital, volume and margin), sign new contracts and increase Company's customer’s portfolio
- Calculate, negotiate and review periodic price revisions according to sales guidelines and strategy, to be discussed with customers, to ensure business competitiveness and profitability in the market and the company results.
- Search for and report market intelligence information on Market opportunities and competitors activities to assist the Company in the development of new products and marketing plans.
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of corporate guidelines in own area, regarding Quality, Environmental and Safety Management System operations, improvement efficiency programs, HSE, Quality and Ethics and Compliance, in order to optimize efficiency and fulfil Quality, Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years experience in a business development position
- Ability to acquire new business within existing and new customer
- A strong understanding of the Middle East market
- No restrictions to travel within the Middle East
- Bachelor or Master Degree
