Business Development Manager - UAE - Market Leading Company - Global Expose

An excellent opportunity for an experienced business development manager. Client is a leading international EPC company that design and build oil and gas facilities. They also operate, maintain and enhance production for upstream oil and gas operations.

The duties are to direct and manage activities related to EPC sales and marketing and;
- Setting sales strategies.
- Directing and leading companies’ sales activities.
- Maintaining sales forecast database.
- Liaising with other departments, proposal, contract, country managers.
- Supervise market research and market intelligence to identify prospects.
- Writing, coordinating and presenting tenders.
- Input into companies Public relations activities.

Requirements

In order to be considered for this role you should have been working for a competitor in a similar role and also have;
- A proven track record in delivering sales (15 years +).
- Have the ability to motivate and manage staff.
- Sound knowledge of oil and gas refining.
- Knowledge of E&P businesses.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Taxation and insurance for various geographical areas.

This is a hand’s on role that will involve extensive travel; in return you will be compensated with a negotiable TAX free salary of $11k USD plus Housing, Schooling for 2 children, healthcare, and flights to your country of origin for you and family.
