Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As a Business Development Manager you main role will be to identify new opportunities as well as manage existing accounts within the UAE. Contributing to the sales quota assigned to Middle East region.

Your main responsibilities will be but not limited to:

• Fill the “sales funnel” for the assigned territory and close deals by actively targeting key client groups especially Architect & Design Firms, Real Estate, Project Management, Dealer Networks, Large Corporate End Users and Government.
• Methods to include: a. networking b. gathering information and tracking leads c. working with Director of Business Development to develop strategic alignment programs with select A&D and other key indirect accounts d. developing and taking part in “the organisations capabilities” and product presentations
• Achieve the Gross Sales set by the company within the assigned territory with key accounts
• Actively identify new business to target within the UAE
• Develop strategies for the region and liaise with key functions to ensure this is met
• Conduct sales presentations to clients in line with the companies vision
• Manage the forecast cycle, planning 12 months in advance with monthly reviews
• Assist in developing marketing strategies for key products and services

Requirements

•3 -5 years from a sales background with a leading B2B MNC
•Must have sales experience from office furniture within corporate end users.
•UAE experience is preferred
•Minimum of University degree
