Job description / Role
Business Development Manager - EPC, Fabrication & Construction is required by a leading Fabrication Construction & Engineering Contractor in Abu Dhabi with a large portfolio of offshore development contracts. This leading, internationally listed organization is growing exponentially across the region and is looking to recruit Oil & Gas EPC Business Development professionals to add strength in depth to all their technical and commercial teams.
An opportunity for a Business Development Manager exists to develop a pipeline of project opportunities for all business steams both medium and small sized including EPC projects, Lump-sum, Fabrication, Construction, Maintenance, Shutdown, Turnarounds, Rig Repairs and support services: valves, spares and manpower etc with the objective of converting agreed targets into orders.
Requirements
If you have been responsible for:
- Identifying prospects
- Participating in the bidding process
- Tracking market intelligence
- Obtaining client feedback
- Pre-qualifications and driving sales
Experience of selling any/all of the following services for 5 years plus in the GCC is a necessary requirement:
- Small to Medium sized EPC
- Fabrication, Construction and Installation
- Operations, Maintenance and Shutdown turnarounds including Rig Repairs
- Support Services
Successful applicants will have performed in the role of Business Development Manager for at least 5 years for a known EPC contractor in the region and will have experience of selling to major operators in countries like Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia.
