Business Development Manager – Property Management
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the leasing operations, renewals, tenant coordination, proposing new business opportunities
- Talented in dealing with high profile clients and sub-ordinates equally.
- Finding new clients, ability to generate own leads through own strong network base.
- Actively participates in the development of annual Department’s business plan and strategy ensuring alignment with Company’s strategy.
- Maintain proper filing and index system and ensure that all management agreements that are prepared are filed correctly on a daily basis
- Assist on general operational requests received from both landlords and tenants.
- Develops and maintains strong network of key senior contacts across the UAE property market to facilitate leasing operations and also to identify industry, market trends and opportunities.
- Following up on a daily basis on renewed and expired tenancy contracts and contact tenants for all renewals
- Undertake complete tenancy renewal services through agreeing rents, writing to landlords and tenants negotiating and confirming rents and passing information to leasing team
Requirements
- At least 5 to 7 years experience in a similar job
- Experience in dealing with commercial and residential property leasing.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE property market.
- Excellent knowledge of multi-channel marketing and advertising.
- Strong command over English Language (other regionally spoken languages including Arabic would be an added advantage).
