Business Development Manager - Renovations

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development within the renovations sector. The role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to expand our market presence in the renovations industry.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the renovations sector
- Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the company's renovations services
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to promote the company's services
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Good Salary Package according to the experience.

Requirements

- Proven experience in business development within the renovations or construction industry
- Strong network of contacts within the renovations sector in Dubai
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of market trends and customer needs in the renovations industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
