Business Development & Marketing Assistant - Dubai
An established law firm is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Assistant to join the team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to contribute to the strategic marketing and business development activity for the firm.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Organise existing pitches and fee proposals.
* Assist in the implementation and rollout of a CRM solution for the firm.
* Responsible for promoting the firms digital presence.
* Proactively gather marketing knowledge and input into various databases
* Co-ordinate and draft submissions for legal directories
* Create and update the firms marketing collateral
* Assist with the organisation of events
Requirements
* Minimum 9-12 months of BD or marketing experience. Preferably, within the legal, professional services or oil and gas industry.
* Excellent relationship building skills. The successful candidate should be able to interact with senior colleagues and partners.
* Excellent communication and written skills.
* Close attention to detail and a strong ability to multitask.
* Excellent IT skills and the ability to work to your own initiative.
