Business Development & Marketing Executive - Dubai

Due to internal promotion an exciting new role has arisen with a global law firm in Dubai. The team has grown over the last couple of years and have ambitious growth plans. They are keen to bring on board a generalist marketing & Business development candidate with strong pitching experiences.

Key responsibilities:

Business Development
* Lead and draft respond to Requests for Information (RFI), Expressions of Interest (EOI) for local market and work with global BD team on multi-office opportunities
* Prepare Capability Statements across all practice groups and sectors.
* Maintain the MENA Proposal Tracker with details of all relevant pitches and updating the tracker to record win/loss etc.
* Assist with management and the compilation of directory submissions as requested and organise Legal 500 and Chambers directory interviews

Marketing Development
* Managing client events, seminars and conferences from start to finish and working closely with the Marketing & Communications Managers,
* Arranging Partners attendance at conferences and third party events.
* Creating tailored marketing packs for clients and perspective clients.
* Social Media - local coordination.

Requirements

* 3 years of Marketing and/or Business development experience within professional services, law firm, engineering or oil & gas
* Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively
* Able to establish effective working relationships across the firm at various levels
