Business Head/Country Manager

Business Head/Country Manager - UAE

This position requires a person to head up the UAE Business Region, developing and implementing strategic plans, evaluating and executing new projects and driving growth of the company across various Engineering offices.

Key Duties:
- Develop Business strategy and three year plan in line with the company mission and objectives
- Identify and review business opportunities with major Oil & Gas customers in the UAE
- Establish high-level relationships with potential clients, partners and Industry leaders
- Direct the units budgets and business analysis activities
- Evaluate and review monthly reports, forecasts, cash flows and P&L improvements
- Manage performance of direct reports through effective leadership, training and appraisals

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- 18-20 years relevant Industry experience, including background handling major EPC projects and operations
- Must have been at Senior Manager/GM/Country Manager level for 3 to 5 years
- Excellent Middle East work experience and knowledge of regional clients and conditions
