We are seeking a strong leader, who can inspire the team and lead by example, is focused on results and works with the management to grow the business. We are seeking to take the business to new heights.

The offices of JK Properties are in Media City and have an existing team of 18 people. This role reports in directly to the Managing Partner of the Group.

This role is responsible for the profitability of the business. You get the opportunity to work as an entrepreneur and define the strategy and working methodology for the company, while having the financial, marketing and administrative support of the parent group.

The responsibilities include:
- Ensuring achievement of set business targets
- Growing the team and supporting recruitment and also Mentoring, training and guiding the team
- Defining, monitoring and controlling the marketing strategy and working with the marketing head for the same
- Building and managing the property portfolio
- Assisting the team on ensuring closure of sales and leasing deals
- Ensuring standards of compliance and customer service are met
- Building on market relations with developers, property owners and landlords
- Represent the business in all events and property forums
- Overseeing all the required business reports which are shared with the Managing Partners regularly

Requirements

Seeking a dynamic, experienced professional, with a proven track record in the UAE property market with both; the sales and leasing segments; to head JK Properties. The ideal candidate will be in a leadership role currently within the real-estate sector.

Strong leadership, business acumen, relationship management and problem solving are skills integral to succeeding in the role.
