Job Description:
Reporting to UBO and Group CFO

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor the overall business,
• Coordinate and plan cashflow for the business.
• Liaise with vendors on credit management.
• Provide trade and banking approvals.
• Review monthly reports.
• Appoint and liaise with auditors to complete annual Audits by May of each year for the preceding financial year.
• Follow up on sales and purchase division on reporting and status.
• Manage Duties and taxes filing in consultation with the team.
• Ensure Data in ERP’s are timely updated and followed.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Experience in management and business development for at least 5years.
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel
• Understanding of cashflow and balance sheet.
• Excellent time management and written communication skills
• Accounting knowledge in logistics, trading and shipping
• Experience of work in the following sectors: Bunkering, Oil and chemical trading is important.
