Business Manager - Middle East - Executive Search - Sales - Dubai, UAE

Florence International Consulting is a British owned consultancy, started in Dubai by two expats who wanted the freedom to use their multinational experience in a way that appealed to the local market. We are a boutique company with a focus on building long term relationships in the region. We know how to recruit, but we need some help managing the team. Our staff are important to us and we want the best Manager to help train, motivate and develop them.

We are looking for a Business Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for guiding Florence International Consulting through the next stage of growth and development.

As a business, we want to get the best out of the team we already have in addition to attracting the best local talent to build on our existing success.

Requirements

Sales
- You must know how to sell
- You must know how to teach other people to sell
- You must know how to make other people WANT to sell
- All with a positive attitude

Executive Search Experience
- You must have worked in a major international executive search company
- You must have regional experience (at least 2 years)
- You must have billed yourself as well as managed others
- You must have been a top performer
- At least 5 years executive search experience

Self-Management
- We need someone who knows what they can do but also knows when to ask for help
- You must be extremely competitive and want to achieve something great

Employee development
- You must have experience of training and developing other recruitment consultants, ideally at least 10

Client Facing
- You must still be client facing and still be revenue generating
- You must be a strong negotiator with a solid understanding of the local recruitment market

Our International arm is head quartered in Dubai where we recruit across the Middle East with a particular focus on the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
