Job description / Role
Al-Futtaim Motors is currently seeking an experienced Business Planning Manager to work out of Head Office in Dubai. This role is part of the Sales Operations Team and will report directly into the GM of Sales Operations.
The main purpose of the role is to design and implement the AF Motors Corporate Planning Calendar and to coordinate across the business all planning inputs and assumptions for the 5 year planning round, quarterly and annual budgeting and to manage the inputs from across the business to ensure timely submissions.
The Business Planning Manager will be responsible for measuring progress across the AF Motors five year plan, producing robust and timely progress reporting for Hoshin plan and key projects.
Requirements
You will ideally hold a Bachelors Degree and will have significant experience in programme design, implementation and management. You will come from an Automotive Retail background and will preferably have experience working within a vehicle manufacturer or distributor.
You will hold strong, demonstrable project management skills and will be highly focused towards the company vision for both customer and employee engagement.
