Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Conduct business, operational and financial analysis across the organization
- Support in process improvement initiatives from concept to execution in collaboration with multiple business units and multiple stakeholders; conduct related project management activities
- Use value stream mapping, waste reduction techniques, and the DMAIC model to conduct systemized improvement initiatives
- Facilitate process and business improvement workshops
- Assist with change management associated with process, people and technology solutions; institute sustainability mechanisms for ongoing changes
- In collaboration with Information Systems team, assist with identification and implementation of technology solutions for improving business processes

Responsible for / support in:
- Work closely with subject matter experts to develop, document and implement business and operational processes and procedures across the organization

Responsible for / support in:
- Establish key performance indicators, and develop methods for collection and reporting of key operational indicators

Support in the Implementation of a BPM Tool in Term of:
- Creation of BRD
- Vendor selection
- Project management support
- Testing of tool
- Build and Maintain a repository of all Process maps with proper audit trail and version control

Requirements

- 5 years of process improvement, change management, and project management experience; strong banking operations management expertise is highly desirable
- University degree in business, operations, finance, or industrial engineering
- Lean Six Sigma and project management certification highly desirable; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt an asset
- Experience with the application of business improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to listen and gather information
- Highly organized, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experienced in MS. Visio (must)
