Consultant / Business Set-up consultant / Company Formation Advisor
Our client provides company formation and consultancy services for the DMCC Free Zone, in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. We are a welcoming team of 5 staff members and are based in the heart of the DMCC Free Zone, in Almas Tower.
Already successful in the two and a half years we have been operating, we strive for expansion and growth and are currently looking for a new member addition to our team.
The role also involves providing company formation services mainly focusing in DMCC, but in free zones in Dubai in general. Having extensive knowledge in the rules and regulations implemented here in Dubai and able to advise clients on a set-up relevant to their requirements.
This role will also involve solely managing/ handling the Amendments Sector of our services solely, when our clients wish to make a change to the structures of their DMCC companies. This includes responsibilities such as handing share transfers, change of company officeholders, amendments to MOA’s, change of company name, change of license activity and so on, all in relation to DMCC member companies. This also may include the liquidation of DMCC companies also.
As we grow, the responsibilities of the candidate could be subject to change based on performance. With the possibility of opening a new office in Dubai South (formally Dubai World Central) in the pipeline, there is vast room for growth within the team as we expand.
Requirements
AED 12,000- 15,000 + (Depend on experience)

The candidate needs to be extremely good in English, both verbally and written
- Being familiar with DMCC Free Zone, Other Free Zones, and Company Formation services etc.
- The role would welcome someone with experience in Resolutions, MOA’s and Company Structures etc.- not compulsory.
