Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission

Job Description:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with company’s services.
• Identify opportunities to expand services offered to existing clients by providing tailored recruitment solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Offer expert advice, consultation, and support to clients on utilizing platform effectively for their recruitment needs.
• Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while meeting business objectives.
• Track performance metrics, analyze data, and present findings to clients, demonstrating the value and impact of company’s services.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificate
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role
• Must have strong English communication skills
• Have worked in a strict KPI/sales-driven environment, sold to Western/Arabic clients
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
• Open to GCC, UK, India, and South Africa candidates
