Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading European payment solutions company. Our client is actively looking to hire a bilingual (English / Urdu) Business Technical Services Specialist to support their portfolio of clients across the Middle East region.
Acting as the go-to person on all aspects of services and support, you will be the point of escalation whilst also identifying revenue opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will be the service desk to include the initial assessment of client issues, evaluation of the resolution route and concluding incidents where fixes are not required.
In addition, you will be accountable for service desk SLA monitoring and analysing, evaluating client business requirements and advising accordingly. You will also assess new client requirements and identify the most appropriate technical solutions.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a relevant Degree in computer science, MIS or business. You should have extensive experience in software development within the payment systems industry or related financial services industry. Excellent English and Urdu communication skills are essential for this role.
