Job Purpose

- Prepares and serves products in the Meat/ Fish/ Pork Butchery section as per standards of display, maintenance and orderliness and achieve sales, shrinkage and stock level targets.
- To provide excellent direct and indirect customer service to customers at the Butchery section

Key Dimensions and Related Job Results

- Understanding of section sales, inventory and shrinkage target
- Planning and ordering stock
- Avoiding expiry and manage short-expiry stock
- Preparation of meat, merchandising and storing
- Customer service
- Hygiene and sanitation

Operating Environment

- Flexibility to work at any location across UAE
- Should be able and ready to work under pressure, for extended hours based on the business requirement with utmost integrity and reliability.
- Should have multi-cultural awareness, in order to effectively communicate with internal & external customers and vendors with courtesy

Salary:
AED 1,500 to 1,600 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge

- A minimum grade 10 pass
- Freshers with an aptitude for butchery, customer orientation and who can handle the physical requirements of the job quality.
- Experience is similar role is food retail/ hotel industry is an advantage.
- Able to communicate, reading & write English is a must. Knowledge of Arabic/ Hindi is an advantage
