Job Description:
• Oversee and manage renovation, civil works, and facility enhancements within the Golf Club premises.
• Utilize mechanical, engineering, and technical skills to ensure compliance and efficiency in club infrastructure and projects.
• Evaluate pricing, conduct negotiations, and manage budgets for renovation projects to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating all renovation and maintenance initiatives within the Golf Club.
• Preferred candidates would have experience in quantity surveying, interior design, and possess strong project management and contractual acumen.

Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Must have at least 3 years UAE experience in the same role at one of the reputed companies in the UAE.
• Must have a car and a UAE driver’s license.
• Must have experience in renovation works, civil works and fit out works.
• Preferably someone with Quantity Surveyor and Building experience (Interior Designing knowledge, and background)
• Must have contractual knowledge and full understanding of how to manage projects and requirements.
