Buyer (Beauty)

Job description / Role

Client is a leading media organisation is currently recruiting for a beauty buyer to join their team here in Dubai.

To be successful in this role, it is imperative that you have experience of buying from beauty/cosmetic brands across the GCC. Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Build a network and maintain relationships with national and international suppliers
- Develop and select relevant products for target customers
- Researching current trends
- Liaise with logistics and planning team
- Conduct Product training briefings for post-production and social media
- Forecast, budget and evaluate inventory decisions
- Manage and develop supplier relationships

Requirements

It is essential that the successful candidate has at least 3- 5 years’ experience as a buyer within a retail chain or multi branded stores. Having experience within beauty and cosmetics within the GCC is also a requirement. You must be fluent in English both verbal and written and Arabic is also highly beneficial.

You must be exceptionally well presented and take pride in your appearance while having a positive, flexible and “can do” attitude.
