Title Buyer - Menswear

A well-known and highly successful retail group is currently looking to fill the role of "Buyer - Menswear" with the perfect candidate.

The position will see you responsible for:
* Range development
* Planning and quality control
* Constantly identifying new ways to drive sales for the department

Buyers must always consider key factors when making purchasing decisions, such as:
* Customer demand
* Quality and availability
* Market trends
* Store policy
* Pricing vs Financial budgets

The ideal candidate will have solid menswear experience as a buyer within a retail capacity with strong management solid coaching experience. You will also have the ability to influence senior players within the business and enjoy negotiating.

Requirements

* Good English communications skills
* At least 3 years of relevant experience
* Ability to work under pressure
* Candidates need to be able to meet deadlines
