Buying Assistant - ACE - Regional Office, Dubai

As part of the Buying Team, the Buying Assistant is responsible for supporting the Buyer / Buying Manager in all administrative duties and giving customer service support to the stores. It is the responsibility of the Buying Assistant to achieve inventory availability for local and import articles through monitoring sales and managing order replenishment, working closely with Master Data Team & Logistics Team to maintain accuracy of the database and order processing.

Your role will be based in the ACE Head Office, located in Dubai Festival City. You will be part of a team which consists of 5 Buying Assistants, 6 Senior Buyers and reports into the Buying Manage

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting role, you should have experience within a merchandising, Buying Support, Allocator or Buying role already and have a good knowledge of running reports and analysing data, replenishing and identifying fast or slow moving products and some knowledge of SAP.
