Buying & System Assistant x2 - Toys R Us - Dubai Festival City

We are currently looking for an experienced Buying and System Assistant to support the buyer in creating the master data and replenishment of the stocks, and creation of PO and coordinate with the stores on stock related queries.

As part of the Buying Team, you will be responsible on the following areas:
- Data creation and maintenance in the system, which includes non-scanning, multiple article assortments and article status updates.
- Organizing reports pertaining to SAP for the management and buying team. (i.e. Range Report, Ageing Report, Category Margin Report, Open to Buy Report, Vendor Sales report and Sales & Stock Report).
- Full support to the buyers during their absence on local replenishment, follow up on deliveries and full support to any store queries.
- Ensure all vendors receive the purchase orders on time and follow up for non-delivery of PO within the time frame.
- Provide support to all stores to ensure that they can provide/meet the products that the customers are looking for.
- To achieve the budgets set out for the categories you are supporting.
- Ensure that trading agreements, credit notes and import vendor quote sheets are properly filed for reference.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting role, you should have at least three (3) years experience working in a consumer retail buying team.

Previous exposure to SAP or similar would be an advantage along with advanced MS Excel skills.

You should have excellent planning & organizing skills, be analytical and have good negotiation skills and have attention to detail.
