Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are currently looking to recruit an experience Buying Team Master Data Executive to be based in our Dubai office. Reporting to the Head of Buying and Range Planning, you will be responsible for maintaining/ updating and fixing the existing ACE material master.

You will have central control of changing the preapproved pricing data (cost price) in material master, retail selling price in material master and managing the master data information. You will collect the core information from buying team to update the MM as well as maintain and monitor the import and local auto replenishment. You will maintain, update and kick off the new ACE store of auto replenishment from DC/ local suppliers. You will maintain and monitor HS Code, COO (Country of Origin) and Volume (Height, length & Breadth) in material master and also maintain and monitor the ACE open purchase orders and repeatedly close half GRN and undelivered purchase orders. You will maintain and monitor the replenishment parameters in material master and trouble shoot the article master incase system is not generating the replenishment orders. You will also trouble shoot prices not scanning through RPro.

You will maximize the usage of SAP with help of IT team and share SAP usage information with ACE retail team by providing them training.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelors degree ideal in computer science or any business related subject. You will have strong service management skills with an emphasis on business-facing roles. SAP Technical background and training is also a plus. You will have more than two years experience in Enterprise master data model for a retailer. You will have a thorough understanding and work experience of SAP landscape including Master Data Management in ECC 6, and participation in functional and technical solution reviews with management and developers.

You will have performed configuration changes and identified potential modifications necessary to meet business requirements. You will be proficient with SAP product module business processes, navigation mechanics, and configuration requirements. You will have thorough understanding of business processes including Auto Replenishment across retail industry as well as a full cycle SAP user experience in a multi-national environment. You will have a strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills and high level of discretion and judgment.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, documentation skills, presentation skills and good team player and ability to lead a team in a matrix organization model. You will have excellent analytical skills and ability to solve problems and manage processes within a complex environment. Knowledge of RETAILPRO version 9 would be added advantage

Due to the nature of the role, candidates with excellent spoken English and Arabic communication will only be considered.
