Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Handling and managing large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner
- Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Identifying customer’s needs and providing solutions and alternatives
- Initiating outbound calls to coordinate with operation team
- Following up with the customer request/complaints.
- Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives

Requirements

- Candidate should have minimum 3 years experience as call center agent, preferably from real estate/ facility management background.
- He should be a graduate and ready to work in flexible shift and night hours.
- Candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English. He should be able to join immediately.
