Call Center Agent - Arabic (Male)

Job description / Role

- Responsible for all switchboard-related functions
- Responds to general inquiries and can clearly articulate AL Noor Hospital Group, Abu Dhabi products, services, location and opening hours
- Handles overhead announcements in a professional and efficient manner in a clear speaking voice
- Processes all phone calls according to priority and protocols and dispatches appropriately
- Responds to emergency code calls by utilizing a multi-functional phone system and screen
- Answers all phone calls in an accurate, timely, friendly and professional manner; actively listening to the caller’s requirements, assessing needs and accurately referring callers to the relevant departments or services within AL Noor Hospital Group, Abu Dhabi
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Minimum one (1) year of experience in Contact Center environments and/or switchboard experience, ideally in healthcare, however a demonstrated practical working knowledge of call center environments e.g., insurance, hotel, airline, telecommunication industry will be considered
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, insurance, hospital operations are desirable
- Ability to demonstrate genuine concern for patients and patient satisfaction in a non-facing environment
- Ability to manage and efficiently complete multiple tasks on time
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is required, bilingual (English & Arabic) is preferred; strong oral and written communication skills
- Phone, typing, computer and Internet navigation skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing and dynamic environment
