Call Center Agents (x3) - Gulf Marketing Research (GMASCO) - Al Futtaim Group, Dubai

We are currently looking for experienced Call Center Agents to join our GMASCO Contact Center team based in Dubai, UAE.

Reporting directly to the Head of Contact Center & Customer Relations, you will be responsible for handling all customer calls and transactions on all areas of operations and relevant departments in a courteous and professional manner, follow the call script in a timely manner, accurate capture of customer/transaction comments, working on other related process or Ad-hoc call center projects during work hours and adhering and consistently achieving process KPIs.

In this role, you will be working on rotational shifts as part of the 24/7 operations.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ experience in customer services front-end or contact center environment, preferably within Automotive, Retail or Telecom industries. Working knowledge of MS Office applications specifically MS Excel is required and, CRM system exposure would be an advantage. You must also possess excellent and effective communication skills, good interpersonal and rapport building capabilities and customer orientation.
