Employment: Full Time

Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading salon business in the Middle East, looking for a Call Center Manager to lead their team in Abu Dhabi. We are ideally looking for someone with good experience in managing call center sales agents and its operations.

As a Call Center Manager, you will:

- Manage daily operations of the business’ call center
- Lead call center sales agents in driving sales and generating revenue
- Hire, train, and coach call center agents in selling company’s products and services
- Manage a team of 10-15 agents; evaluate team’s performance vs KPIs
- Prepare reports and analyze call center data

Requirements

Desirable skills and background:
- Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years’ experience as a Contact Center /Call Center Manager or similar capacity
- Solid experience in business development and managing a sales team in a call center set up
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and people management skills
- Open to working during holidays and working 6 days a week
- Arabic speaker (preferred)
