Call Centre Agents x2 - Bilingual
Our client requires an experienced Call Centre Agent to work in a busy Call Centre in Dubai
Duties:
- Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently with good communication skills
- Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution
- Ensure & provides quality service to the customers
- Promote teamwork & call center success
Requirements
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) one role requires a Moroccan Trilingual in Arabic, English & French)
- Call Centre experience
- UAE experience advantageous
- Strong Customer service background
- Based in Dubai
- IT literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
