Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As part of our Call Centre Team, you will be responsible to improve overall customer satisfaction by ensuring that the customer is dealt within a pleasant and professional manner by adhering to agree with the Hertz standards concerning vehicle delivery & collection, service & maintenance, end of contracts, exchanges and transfers. Part of your responsibility also is to attend to customer needs, understand their requirements so that maximum number of enquiries are converted into reservations at best prices

You are also expected to handle all reservations related documentation, including inputting reservations into the front end car rental system

You will be part of our Hertz operations based in Dubai, reporting to the Call Centre Manager. You are also required to verify daily reservation manifest and prepare productivity reports to improve overall efficiency of the department.

Requirements

You should have at least a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service/ sales role preferably in an automotive company and holding a diploma or college degree. You should have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customer. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to use computer applications.

You should also be able to display customer focus with the ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude while being able to deal with the customers and work in a team.
