In the position of Call Centre Coordinator you will be take the lead with bookings and proposals sent to Sales via email, social media and telephone. You will be assisting the sales team in the reporting of daily activities and results.
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls
- Take ownership of each inquiry and booking
- Update trackers and generate reports
- Interact comfortably with colleagues at all levels.
- Provide support and information to the sales executives when required.

Requirements

- To be considered for this role you should have a minimum of 1 year exposure to Guest Contact environment or call center background is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft office suite (An Administrative skills assessment will be issued)
- Exceptional telephone etiquette
- Great organizational skills
- An above average eye for detail
- Arabic language is mandatory
