Employment: Full Time

Our client requires an experienced Call Centre Team Leader to work in a busy call centre in Dubai

Duties:
- Reporting to Call Centre Manager
- Responsible for providing soft skills and hard skills training to new team members
- Managing team of front line service personnel to ensure KPI relevance on company targets and budgets is met and understood.
- Managed schedule and attendance for 24/7 at call center, personally handles complex issues escalated by the team for optimum resolution.
- Responsible for providing the management with daily/weekly/monthly team performance reports.

Requirements

- Bilingual ( Arabic & English) essential
- Call centre background
- Team Leader previous experience
- UAE experience advantageous
- Min 3-5 years work experience
- currently based in Dubai
- Fully IT literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
