Search is presently seeking a senior, internationally ranked, attorney of a premier client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The law firm in question is searching for an experience Capital Market Lawyer for their expanding office in the city of Jeddah.

The client has a global reputation for quality and service, two factors which they are seeking with this placement in Jeddah. Having gained a leading local association to operate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the firm is looking to leverage the network they already have and have gained over the years.

Capital Market Attorneys should be aware that this position is integral to the firm's expansion in the KSA and GCC in general. As such all applicants will be screened in relation to commitment to the region and genuine motivation to join.

Candidates will be familiar with all aspects of Capital markets including:

- Representing buyers, sellers, lenders, advisers and financial intermediaries
- To advise on the entire spectrum of activities related to acquisitions and divestitures in Saudi Arabia or on behalf of clients based in Saudi Arabia
- Have worked with the leading entities in the KSA provide on the Gound legal advise.

This is a Senior post but not a Partnership position. Capital Market Lawyers will however be viewed as potential future Partners within the firm and aspects like work ethic, business development and management will be assessed accordingly.

Requirements

- Strong Academics

- Presently within a a leading firm

- Have worked in the KSA and familiar with the local laws and regulations.
